On Tuesday, 9 September 2025, Darogan will be hosting GradCon Cymru, a large-scale graduate careers event at DEPOT, Cardiff – bringing together over 50 employers and hundreds of talented Welsh students and graduates from the UK’s leading universities.
This is a chance for employers to showcase their opportunities to Wales’ brightest emerging talent and join a growing network of employers dedicated to strengthening the graduate workforce in Wales. We are offering exhibition spaces and sponsorship on a first come, first served basis, along with a limited number of early bird rates (of which 25% have already gone, so don’t hang around to secure your place!)

Headline Sponsor (£3,000) – includes exhibition, premium exposure, speaking opportunities, and more (Limited to 3 sponsors – 2 remaining).
Sector Sponsor (£750) – includes exhibition, and the opportunity to position yourself as a leader in your industry with targeted promotion (Limited to 1 sponsor per sector – 5 sold (Public Sector / Semi Conductors / Education / Transport / Retail = sold) with limited sectors remaining).
