Pan-Wales

We’re driving forward the Welsh Government’s vision of a high-quality, safe, integrated, affordable, and accessible transport network that the people of Wales are proud of.

About Our Graduate Scheme

We’re offering a two-year graduate programme designed to develop the future leaders who will help transform the way Wales travels. As a TfW graduate, you’ll join a dynamic team that’s building a multimodal, integrated transport network with a positive long-term impact on the nation’s prosperity. It’s an opportunity to get your career off to a flying start while working on projects that make a real difference every day.

You’ll choose a specialism such as transport planning, finance, engineering, HR or business management, and rotate between teams in your chosen discipline. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience, grow your expertise, and build the skills you need to succeed.

The programme provides everything to support your development: structured mentorship, workshops, academic learning and financial support to achieve professional status in your field.

You’ll also benefit from a competitive package, including a starting salary of £27,000, 28 days of annual leave, and access to great perks such as gym membership and retail discounts.

We’re proud to build diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve. Whatever your background, if you’re talented and driven, we want you with us on our mission to change the way a nation travels.
