Venture Graduate Programme

The Venture Graduate Programme is on a mission to enhance the levels of productivity, innovation and economic growth in the Cardiff Capital Region. We’re doing that by linking talented graduates with ambitious businesses across South East Wales – through a best in class, end-to-end recruitment service.

Our aim is to ensure that the Cardiff Capital Region is an attractive destination for graduates to begin their careers, retaining talent within the region as well as enabling business growth –  through the critical advantages brought by a skilled, future proofed and ever developing workforce.

We recruit for a wide range of employers across South East Wales with a particular focus on jobs within our priority sectors: Compound Semiconductors, Fintech, Cyber Security, Creative, MedTech, and Energy & Environment.

Venture into Digital, Data & Cyber Bootcamps

Are you a recent graduate eager to dive into the exciting worlds of technology, data analysis, or cyber security?

Look no further! The ‘Venture into’ Bootcamps offer you the opportunity to kick-start your professional journey and gain essential skills to embark on your career and seize the growing opportunities available in the regional job market.

Three of our bootcamps have been designed specifically for university graduates. Our Venture into Digital, Venture in Data Analytics and Venture into Cyber Security bootcamps are for those that have graduated within the last two years.

Jointly funded by Cardiff Capital Region and The UK Government Prosperity Fund, and delivered in partnership with Cardiff and Vale College, these hands on bootcamps will fast track your career, providing you with the skills needed and linking you with employers in a range of sectors with growing employment opportunities.
