Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: Monday -Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for students or graduates, to strengthen our existing business operations. As a key and valuable member of the team, you will be given responsibility right from the start of your employment as you take ownership of key project areas and work closely with the Company’s decision makers, gaining a unique insight into a successful manufacturing business.

An ideal candidate would be a current student pursuing studies, eager to gain practical experience through a work placement. You should possess commercial awareness, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and showcase exceptional organisational skills. Additionally, you should bring creativity and innovation to your work, with a keen eye for design trends or a talent for crafting compelling marketing strategies.You will have the opportunity to work in a range of disciplines within the business and gain valuable experience.

Job Description:

About the Role: Join our dynamic, fast-paced creative environment and develop your skills in marketing and graphic design. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, helping bring innovative ideas to life while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating visual content for marketing campaigns
• Work with Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Support photography and videography projects
• Collaborate with team members to develop engaging digital and print materials

About You:

• Currently pursuing a creative degree (e.g., Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Art, or similar)
• Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Passionate about photography and videography
• Willing to relocate or already living nearby
• Able to commit to 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday office hours
• Welsh speakers are encouraged to apply
